Abstract
 
 
It is ray intention to discuss in this paper the subject of simple Serous Cysts of the Cerebellum and to illustrate the discussion with Two cases both of which were patients in the Bristol General Hospital and one of which (Case l) came under my especial care during my tenure of office as Senior Resident officer of that institution.
 
I intend to bring out in this paper some of the main points regarding the ETIOLOGY, PATHOLOGY, SYMPTOMATOLOGY, DIAGNOSIS, PROGNOSIS and TREATMENT of this disease paying especial attention to the operative treatment of the condition as illustrated by my cases, the dangers and difficulties that may be encountered and how best to overcome them, so as to ensure that success which Is after all the main point at issue.
