Monitoring outcomes of the third Scottish National Adaptation Plan

Abstract

The third Scottish National Adaptation Plan (SNAP3) will be published in Autumn 2024 and Scottish Ministers have agreed that there is a need to improve monitoring of its outputs and outcomes. This report presents indicators for monitoring the four domestic outcomes of the Plan, and sets out the criteria and selection process for these indicators. The outcomes are summarised as: • Nature Connects, • Communities, • Public Services and Infrastructure, and; • Economy, Business and Industry.
