ScotClimATE: A tool for understanding future extreme weather in Scotland

Abstract

The ScotClimATE project developed an online tool to support Scotland’s public bodies in planning for climate adaptation under +2°C to +4°C global warming scenarios. The tool provides interactive visualisations of projected changes in extreme heat and rainfall events, helping users assess how event intensity and return periods may evolve under different global warming levels.
