Abstract

This research examines evidence relating to climate change and digital connectivity such as: • whether investment in digital connectivity can support reductions of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and, if so, how • examples of relevant policies and impacts • the best options for assessing emissions from digital connectivity and services in Scotland • key evidence gaps in these areas.
