Retrofit Option Scoring Matrix

Abstract

A plain-English, self‑guided scoring worksheet designed to help owners of historic and traditional properties compare retrofit options based on their priorities. Seven criteria are listed with brief prompts for consideration. Users can also write in their own criteria. There are rooms for scoring as well as notes, providing owners an organised space to compare the trade-offs of different options before making a decision. The worksheet is tailored for window improvements but can be adapted for other retrofits.
