Categorising emissions in non-domestic buildings

Abstract

This report explores the pros and cons of different methods to apportion measured direct emissions from heat use categories in non-domestic buildings. Through analysis and stakeholder engagement, it also assesses different practical and feasible ways to regulate direct emissions at a building level.
