Investigations into effects of bilateral oophorectomy

Abstract

These researches have been undertaken with a view to helping to determine the effects on general health and on nervous and physical conditions, of bilateral oophorectomy in women at an age when the ovaries are still active. The investigator puts forward no theories, her sole aim having been the collection of evidence for the use of those who are in a position to speak with authority.
