dc.description.abstract
The Scottish Parliament has committed to achieving net-zero territorial emissions by 2045, as set by the Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Targets) (Scotland) Act 2019. Designing and delivering appropriate infrastructure investment will play a large part in achieving this goal. This report looks at approaches the Scottish Government could use to assess and report on the alignment between its Infrastructure Investment Plan and Scotland’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction ambitions.
